SHIPPING POLICY
We ship throughout New Zealand. We offer flat rate shipping throughout NZ. We offer a flat rate for NZ Courier Services and for Rural Courier Services. Please choose Rural Courier if you live in a Rural Area.
We ship around New Zealand in ‘chilltainers’ which are able to keep our products at food-safe temperatures for up to 3 days. If your order takes longer than 3 days to arrive from shipment or does not arrive chilled then it may no longer be safe for consumption.

Please get in touch with us as we consider this a faulty good and will replace your order.
We offer FREE pick-up from our Factory Shop. Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
10 Knots Smokehouse offers a return policy in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and provide us with information about your concerns and we will consider these concerns.
We may offer to replace your purchase for something of equal value, or a credit note of equal value. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If the goods are faulty or damaged we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act and will replace these goods with similar goods.
